We are building a next-generation AI-driven trading platform that ingests massive streams of financial, alternative, and sentiment data and transforms them into actionable insights. Our mission is to combine robust data engineering pipelines with Generative AI and advanced ML models to democratize access to sophisticated trading strategies.

As an early-stage startup, we are looking for a hands-on builder who can wear multiple hats and take full ownership of product execution and delivery.

The Role

We are seeking a Founding Product Manager to own the product development process end-to-end — from requirement grooming and backlog management to testing and release coordination. You will partner directly with the founding team, engineering, design, and operations to ensure the product is delivered with functional clarity, non-functional robustness, and user delight.

This role requires a DIY mindset and the ability to go deep into both functional workflows and non-functional aspects (performance, reliability, usability).

What You’ll Do

• Product Delivery & Agile Management
• Own the product backlog, write user stories, and prioritize features aligned with the company vision.
• Run Agile/Scrum processes, ensuring smooth sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and delivery cycles.
• Partner with engineering leads to balance speed vs. quality while hitting milestones.
• Requirement Grooming & Documentation
• Translate the founder's vision into detailed product requirements.
• Collaborate with design, frontend, backend, and AI teams to ensure clarity across functional and non-functional needs.
• Maintain clear documentation for user flows, edge cases, and dependencies.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Serve as the glue between engineering, design, and business functions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure the app is intuitive, accessible, and trustworthy.
• Execution & Testing: Partner with QA/testing to validate features before release.
• Define acceptance criteria and oversee functional/non-functional testing.
• Track and resolve bugs, ensuring rapid iteration and product stability.
• Monitor product health post-launch and drive improvements.
• Startup Contribution – Operate with DIY ownership, step in wherever needed, from writing user guides to coordinating testing.
• Work directly with founders on product vision and market alignment.
• Adapt to ambiguity and longer-than-usual hours in exchange for equity ownership in a high-reward opportunity.
What We’re Looking For
• 6–10 years of experience in product management or product delivery, ideally with exposure to mobile-first products.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum processes and backlog management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle: requirement grooming, backlog, team coordination, testing.
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, and operations.
• Familiarity with technology product development (mobile apps, SaaS, or consumer platforms).
• Fintech experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• A DIY, execution-first mindset with the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-moving startup.
• Willingness to work in an equity-only, pre-funding environment.
